IAble Privacy Policy

All providers of personal financial services are required by federal law to inform their customers of their policies regarding privacy of customer information. IAble may be considered a provider of personal financial services for purposes of this federal law. Accordingly, this notice is being provided to you, as an Account Owner in IAble, to inform you of the policies regarding privacy of Account Owner information.

Types of Nonpublic Personal Information IAble Collects.

IAble collects nonpublic personal information about you that is provided by you or obtained by IAble with your authorization. This includes information that IAble receives from you on applications and other forms.

Parties to Whom Information Is Disclosed.

IAble does not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to anyone, except as permitted by law or contract. Permitted disclosures include, for instance, providing information to IAble employees and to related service providers who need to know the information to assist IAble in providing services to you. In all such situations, IAble stresses the confidential nature of the information being shared.

Ascensus Privacy Statement.

IAble has contracted with Ascensus College Savings Recordkeeping Services, LLC (Ascensus) to provide certain services with respect to the administration of the IAble program, in connection with which Ascensus also obtains nonpublic personal information about you. State Treasurer of Iowa Privacy Statement.

The trustee of the Iowa ABLE Savings Plan Trust is the Treasurer of the State of Iowa. Account Owners and others using this website should refer to the privacy statement of the State Treasurer of Iowa.

The IAble website may use web analytics services. Such services may include the use of “cookies,” which are files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how the website is used. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including your IP address) may be transmitted to and stored by a website analytics services provider for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
