Contributing to an IAble account is a meaningful way for anyone, including family and friends, to celebrate any holiday or special occasion. Ugift®* makes the process easy by providing each Account with a unique gifting code, which can be shared to make direct contributions.

All gift contributions sent in using Ugift are invested into the Account Owner’s IAble account and can be used to pay for Qualified Disability Expenses, and if a gift-giver is an Iowa taxpayer, they can take a state tax deduction.

For Account Owners

Accessing Ugift Codes

Log in to your account.
Click View and invite saving with Ugift in the left menu.
Locate your Ugift code, which will be a combination of six characters and displayed like this: 1A2-B3C.
Share the Ugift code with family and friends so they can make direct contributions to your Account.

Wish List Certificate

Use one of our wish list certificates to let members of your support system know you would like a gift contribution made to your IAble account. You can download and print or download and send as an attachment in an email, whichever works best for you.

For Gift-Givers

After receiving a Ugift code, visit UgiftABLE.com.
Enter the Ugift code, and you will be taken to the individual’s personal gifting page.
Enter your name and the amount of your gift.
Make the contribution via electronic funds transfer or check.

Are you an Iowa taxpayer? Don’t forget to keep track of your contributions! Any Iowa taxpayer can deduct up to $5,500 of their IAble contributions from their state income taxes in 2024. Visit our Tax Advantages page or review the Plan Disclosure Booklet for more information.
